Ravens list Lamar Jackson questionable against Bengals with high ankle sprain
Jackson practiced on a limited basis throughout the week, but Baltimore has not settled his status for Sunday
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals as he works back from a high ankle sprain.
Jackson was limited in all three practices this week after missing Baltimore’s previous two games. His designation leaves a possible return on the table, with a decision still to come before kickoff.
Jackson said the swelling in his ankle has gone down significantly, but moving normally is the test that matters to him. “If I can’t do that, I can’t help my team,” he told reporters. The Ravens also ruled out outside linebacker Tavius Robinson with a season-ending pectoral injury and safety Jaylinn Hawkins with a knee injury.
Baltimore’s game-day decision on Jackson will determine whether he can return against a division opponent; the two defensive starters are already unavailable.
