Jon Machota (@jonmachota): The Cowboys have moved safety PJ Locke to Reserve/Injured-Designated for Return, activating the 21-day practice window.
Locke has been out with a torn plantar fascia. His injury explains the extended absence; his participation in practice will be the next measure of progress.
