Dave Zangaro (@DZangaroNBCS): Eagles have activated Landon Dickerson, Eli Stowers and Grant Calcaterra from IR. They elevated OLB Keyshawn James-Newby and RB Elijah Mitchell.
Stowers, Philadelphia's second-round pick, had been on IR with hamstring and quad injuries. Calcaterra had been out with a back injury. Dickerson, who was listed with knee and pectoral injuries on Saturday's report, returns to the offensive line.
The timing helps an offense that's been gutted at receiver. The Eagles already ruled out DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks and are without Jalen Hurts, who is expected to miss the rest of the season. Two more tight ends next to Dallas Goedert give Philadelphia more ways to lean on multi-tight end sets.
The Eagles also elevated outside linebacker Keyshawn James-Newby and running back Elijah Mitchell from the practice squad. Cornerback Jakorian Bennett (knee) was ruled out and stays on IR. Zach Ertz remains on the practice squad and won't play.
