Ioane went to the locker room in the first half and was initially listed as questionable to return before the Ravens ruled him out. Emery Jones Jr. replaced him at right guard, per Sam Cohn.
As Ari Meirov noted, it's a significant loss. Ioane has been one of the league's best rookies. The Ravens haven't given any update on the severity of the injury. Baltimore plays at Buffalo next Sunday, Nov. 1.
