Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter): Rams HC Sean McVay told reporters that he expects WR Puka Nacua, who has had a groin injury, to play Sunday vs. the Eagles.
Nacua returning would be a significant boost for a Rams offense that relies heavily on its top target. Getting him on the field for a tough Week 4 matchup in Philadelphia adds a key weapon to the passing attack.
McVay's expectation that Nacua plays is a positive sign after the injury had left his status in question. The team will monitor him through the week, but the coach's confidence points toward him being available.
For the Rams, having Nacua out there on Sunday makes the offense markedly more dangerous against an Eagles defense looking to bounce back after a disaster in Chicago.
