NFL memo bars Harris, Wright from visits or signings in 2026 after LSU return

In one of the strangest sagas this offseason of pro players returning to college the next twist has landed. The league office has closed the door on two camp departures for the rest of the season.

The NFL sent a memo to clubs clarifying that defensive tackle Zxavian Harris and tight end Dae'Quan Wright — who returned to LSU (practiced with team) after spending time in NFL training camps — are ineligible to visit, try out with, or be signed by NFL clubs during the 2026 season.
