The Jets were without running back Breece Hall and wide receiver AD Mitchell for Wednesday's practice, with coach Aaron Glenn reiterating that both remain week-to-week.
Glenn had already labeled Hall, Mitchell and guard Dylan Parham week-to-week coming into the week, and the Wednesday injury report carried no surprises — another week of the trio sidelined. The Jets held only a walk-through rather than a full practice, which Glenn framed as a recovery day after the defense logged 89 plays in Sunday's game against Chicago.
Rich Cimini (@RichCimini): AD Mitchell, Breece Hall and Dylan Parham are still week to week, per Glenn. Jarvis Brownlee Jr in the concussion protocol. Kingsley Enagbare and Mason Taylor are OK to practice. #Jets
There was some positive news on the injury front: tight end Mason Taylor, out the last two games, returned to full practice, and the Jets opened the practice window for wide receiver Tim Patrick, who has been on IR since the start of the season. Linebacker Jarvis Brownlee Jr. remains in the concussion protocol, while Kingsley Enagbare and Mason Taylor were cleared to practice.
Hall's absence continues to test the Jets' backfield depth, and with Mitchell also sidelined, the receiving corps is leaning on reinforcements as the team prepares for its next matchup.
