The NFL has removed Broncos outside linebacker Jonathon Cooper from the Commissioner's Exempt List.
Cooper is now eligible to play in Denver's next game on Oct. 25 after missing the first six games of the season. The league placed him on paid leave on Aug. 30 following domestic-related charges.
Cooper's legal proceedings are ongoing, with a motion hearing now scheduled for Feb. 23 and a jury trial the week of March 2. The NFL said it will continue to investigate and monitor the matter.
