Thursday's transaction wire was busy across both conferences as teams trimmed and reshuffled ahead of the weekend. The headline move was the Seahawks locking up Leonard Williams on a three-year, $90 million extension, while the Packers added tight end Jonnu Smith, the Browns cut receiver Cedric Tillman and claimed corner Mekhi Blackmon, the Colts activated Alec Pierce off PUP and extended punter Rigoberto Sanchez, and the Dolphins and Rams swapped Tutu Atwell for Jarquez Hunter.
