New York's top offensive playmakers remain sidelined as Hall continues his recovery and Mitchell is out after a procedure on his finger

The Jets will continue to be without two key offensive playmakers. Running back Breece Hall remains week-to-week in his recovery, while wide receiver A.D. Mitchell underwent finger surgery.
Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet): Sounds like not yet for Breece Hall, while AD Mitchell had surgery on his finger.
Hall has missed the last two games with a knee injury, and the Jets offense has leaned heavily on Braelon Allen, who has taken over as RB1. Allen has rushed for 187 yards and two touchdowns in Hall's absence.
Mitchell, the Jets' second-round pick in the 2025 draft, has been a key part of the passing game this season with 22 catches for 289 yards and two touchdowns. His surgery timeline will determine how long he is sidelined.
The Jets (2-3) host the Bills in Week 6 and could use both playmakers back as they look to climb back above .500 in the AFC East.
