The Browns lost receiver K.C. Concepcion for the rest of Sunday's game against the Jets after he took a hard hit from New York safety Minkah Fitzpatrick and was ruled out with a head injury.
Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet): #Browns WR KC Concepcion has been ruled out with a head injury after that hit from #Jets DB Minkah Fitzpatrick.
Concepcion was ruled out in the early going, shortly after the blow from Fitzpatrick. With the head injury designation, he will need to clear the league's concussion protocol before he can be cleared to return.
The timing is tough for Cleveland — the Browns entered the day without defensive tackles Mason Graham and Mike Hall Jr., who were ruled out for Sunday earlier in the week, and now the offense has lost a target in the early going against New York.
