Ari Meirov (@MySportsUpdate): #Patriots QB Drake Maye has looked elite today vs. the Raiders: • 20/26 • 289 passing yards • 4 total TDs • 0 INTs • 151.0 passer rating
Maye's passer rating sat at 151.0 — a near-perfect efficiency mark — as he diced up a Las Vegas defense that came in as one of the season's early surprises. He was already 14 of 18 for 220 yards and three touchdowns when the Patriots were up 28-7, per Ralph Vacchiano.
The output represents the complete performance New England has been waiting for, with Maye moving the ball at will as the lead grew deep into the afternoon. For the Raiders, the upstart start to the season hit a roadblock as the Patriots pulled away.
