Travis Kelce is one catch away from another piece of NFL history. With a single reception Sunday against the Raiders, the Chiefs tight end will pass Tim Brown (1,094) for the seventh-most receptions in league history.

Kelce enters the Week 4 matchup with 1,094 career catches, tied with Brown. The milestone is the latest in a career that has already established Kelce as arguably the greatest receiving tight end the game has seen, and he has a realistic path to climb even higher this season.

Ahead of him sit Cris Carter (1,101) and Marvin Harrison (1,102) for fifth and sixth place, respectively, meaning Kelce could reach the top five before the year is out if he maintains his usual production. The Chiefs' offense has rediscovered its deep ball this season, and Kelce remains the steady middle-of-the-field anchor around which it operates.

Sunday's game against the Raiders gives Kelce the chance to add to a legacy that already includes multiple Super Bowl titles and a string of record-setting seasons at the position.
