The Tennessee Titans got encouraging injury news on receiver Wan'Dale Robinson on Friday, as the veteran pass-catcher appears to have avoided a concussion after a frightening moment in joint practice earlier this week.

Robinson was checked for a concussion Thursday after a collision during a joint session with the Chicago Bears. Titans head coach Robert Saleh publicly labeled the hit by Bears safety Xavier Woods "cheap," noting Woods had been with Tennessee in 2025 before being released after Saleh's arrival.

The 25-year-old signed a four-year deal with Tennessee in March, reuniting with offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, who coached him previously with the Giants. A second-round pick in 2022, Robinson spent his first four NFL seasons in New York.

In 2025 he caught 92 passes for 1,014 yards and four touchdowns for the Giants. He has been a steady target in the Tennessee passing game as the Titans reshape their offense around a new staff.

While the team will keep monitoring Robinson for symptoms, the early sign is positive for a receiving corps that can ill afford to lose a starter on the doorstep of the regular season.
