Christian McCaffrey has missed a week of 49ers practice with “tightness.” The timing — right after Bijan Robinson and Jahmyr Gibbs got big new deals (~$22.5M/year) — led some (including PFT) to wonder if it was a quiet hold-in. CMC is due a non-guaranteed $12.5M this year and could want a bump.
