The latest round of NFL roster transactions as teams pare toward the 53-man limit, headlined by the Browns and Steelers each releasing more than a dozen players.
Friday's transaction wire was dominated by cutdown-week math as all 32 teams prepare to shrink their rosters from 90 to 53 by Sunday. Five clubs logged moves with the league office on August 28, and the two headline acts — Cleveland and Pittsburgh — combined for 28 of the day's 30 transactions.
