Saquon Barkley ruled out, DeVonta Smith off injury report and will play vs. Panthers

The Eagles will have their top receiver back for Sunday, but they won't have another one of their top offensive players.

While DeVonta Smith (hamstring/toe) will play in the Week 6 matchup against the Panthers, running back Saquon Barkley (hamstring) has been ruled out. Smith was a full participant in Friday's practice and has been cleared after missing the last two games.

Barkley did not practice all week.

Several other players are ruled out or questionable, including Jalen Hurts (calf), Michael Carter (abdomen), Will Shipley (foot, placed on IR), and others.
