Buffalo has two notable availability decisions before facing Las Vegas: wide receiver DJ Moore and defensive tackle Ed Oliver returned to practice but remain questionable

Buffalo Bills receiver DJ Moore and defensive tackle Ed Oliver returned to practice but are questionable against the Las Vegas Raiders, Mike Garafolo reported.
Mike Garafolo (@MikeGarafolo): The #Bills are listing WR DJ Moore and DT Ed Oliver among those questionable after their return to practice.
Moore's designation is a change from the direction of his practice week: he missed a second consecutive session Thursday because of a shoulder injury, as the desk reported at the time. A return to work Friday gives Buffalo another data point, but the questionable listing stops short of confirming he will play.
Oliver's inclusion puts a defensive starter in the same pregame decision window. Buffalo now has to assess both a receiving option and a defensive-line contributor before the Raiders matchup; the final designations leave their game availability unsettled rather than ruling either player out.
