Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins are on track to play in the Bengals' opener against the Buccaneers, Zac Taylor said Wednesday.
Kelsey Conway (@KelseyLConway): Zac Taylor on #Bengals WRs Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins: "They will continue to do more and more every day but I like the pace that they are on."
Chase is working back from a hyperextended knee and Higgins from a heel injury; both returned to practice Monday after sitting out much of last week, and Taylor indicated Wednesday the pace has been encouraging as the team releases its official injury designations later in the week.
Stewart, who is dealing with a knee injury, is a possibility for the opener, but Taylor said the team will wait to see where he stands later in the week before making a call.
