Collins has been bothered by the hamstring since the season opener, and his availability for Sunday against the Colts looks like a long shot — Houston won't release official designations until Friday afternoon. His absence leaves Kayshon Boutte, Jaylin Noel, Xavier Hutchinson and Jared Wayne as the top options alongside a banged-up Houston offense already managing quarterback health questions.
