Eagles add Evan Neal and Jaydon Blue to practice squad, waive E.J. Jenkins
Philadelphia adds three players to its practice squad and waives a tight end in a new set of roster moves
The Philadelphia Eagles added guard Evan Neal, running back Jaydon Blue and linebacker Anfernee Orji to their practice squad Thursday while waiving tight end E.J. Jenkins, according to Adam Schefter. The moves bring Blue back into the organization after Philadelphia waived him earlier in the week.

Neal is the most prominent new name in the group. His addition is a practice-squad signing, not an immediate appointment to Philadelphia's starting offensive line. The Eagles can use the squad to work him into their program while keeping their active-roster decision separate. Orji joins the same unit at linebacker, giving the team another option at a different position.
Blue's return is the direct link to Philadelphia's earlier backfield reshuffle. The club waived him on Tuesday in a sequence that also involved Carson Steele; Thursday's move restores Blue as a practice-squad option rather than undoing the prior active-roster decision. Those are different roster designations, and the change does not by itself indicate who will dress for the Eagles' next game.
Philadelphia's four listed moves span the offensive line, backfield, linebacker corps and tight end room. For the Eagles, the immediate picture is a broader practice-squad adjustment, with Neal's arrival and Blue's quick return the two notable threads rather than a single-player signing.
