Kansas City continues to stockpile young tackle depth around Patrick Mahomes, and Pounds gives the Chiefs a developmental blocker who played his way onto the radar with a standout preseason despite going undrafted out of Ole Miss.
For Baltimore, the move shakes out a crowded offensive-line room ahead of Sunday's 53-man cutdown, converting a bubble player into conditional late-round capital rather than losing him for nothing.
