Rice remained out Thursday as Kansas City prepared to face Seattle; Travis Kelce was limited and Jaylon Moore also did not practice

Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter): Chiefs WR Rashee Rice officially didn’t practice for a second straight day due to his hamstring injury.
Kansas City listed Rice among two players who did not practice Thursday. The other was offensive lineman Jaylon Moore. The club listed tight end Travis Kelce, Cooper McDonald, L’Jarius Sneed and Brashard Smith as limited participants. Those designations describe Thursday’s work, not final game statuses.
Rice has now missed both reported practices to open the week. The distinction matters more than a single absence: he has not yet logged a practice since the hamstring issue entered this week’s reporting. Kansas City still has its final injury designation to issue before the Seattle game, and Thursday’s report alone does not rule him out.
