Bengals hold out Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, but Taylor expects both for Week 1

The Cincinnati Bengals practiced without top receivers Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins on Tuesday, but coach Zac Taylor expects both available for Week 1

The Cincinnati Bengals held practice Tuesday without their top two receivers, as Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins were both held out.

Chase hyperextended a knee during a practice last week, while Higgins is dealing with a heel contusion. Head coach Zac Taylor said both will be limited participants throughout the week but expressed no concern about their availability for the Week 1 opener against the Buccaneers. Taylor also said cornerback Dax Hill will work back into practice this week, while defensive end Shemar Stewart remains in the rehab group as he recovers from a knee injury.
