The Houston Texans have ruled out wide receiver Nico Collins for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals due to a hamstring injury.
Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter): Texans ruled out WR Nico Collins due to his hamstring injury.
Collins sat out of Friday's practice as he dealt with the hamstring issue, and the outlook did not improve in time for game day. Losing him is a significant blow to the Texans' offense, which was already set to face a Bengals defense trying to find its footing. Quarterback C.J. Stroud will instead lean on the rest of his receiver group against a Cincinnati secondary that will get a test of its own this week.
