Steelers wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. is not practicing as he works back from a right-leg injury, Alex Kozora reported.
Alex Kozora (@Alex_Kozora): WR Michael Pittman Jr. is walking down the stairs to practice but isn't in pads. He won't go today from what appeared to be a right leg injury last Saturday. #Steelers
Pittman walked down to practice but was not in pads and won't go, after pulling up lame covering a punt in the preseason opener. He was seen doing light rehab work on the far field — a positive sign he is progressing — but Pittsburgh will be without the veteran receiver for the near term as it manages the issue.
