Ravens running back Derrick Henry added another landmark to his résumé on Sunday, becoming the fourth player in NFL history to rush for at least 4,000 yards with multiple teams.
Henry entered the day with 3,992 yards with Baltimore after tallying 9,502 yards over eight seasons in Tennessee, and he needed just one carry to get the rest. He took his first handoff of the afternoon against the Browns for an 11-yard gain, pushing him over 4,000 as a Raven in his third season with the club.
Per NFL Research, the only other players to rush for 4,000 yards with two franchises are Eric Dickerson (Rams and Colts), Marshall Faulk (Colts and Rams) and Warrick Dunn (Buccaneers and Falcons). Henry joined that select group during a game the Ravens controlled early, leading Cleveland 10-0 in the second quarter.
The milestone is another entry in a career defined by a rare combination of power and durability, and it underscores how seamlessly Henry has fit a second offense after a decade of wrecking defensive game plans in Tennessee.
