The NFL's roster churn rolled on Monday with teams jockeying ahead of the Aug. 30 cutdown. The day's moves ranged from headline names — the Saints added two-time All-Pro kicker Daniel Carlson, the Texans acquired receiver Kayshon Boutte and the Browns reinstated defensive tackle Maliek Collins from the PUP list — to a wave of depth signings, injured-reserve placements and practice-squad shuffles across the league.

Los Angeles Rams

  • Signed CB Steven Gilmore and OLB Devean Deal.
  • Reinstated OL Justin Dedich from the active/PUP list.
  • Placed CB Zech McPhearson and OLB Keir Thomas II on injured reserve.
  • Waived/injured LB Daniel Rickert.

Miami Dolphins

  • Signed TE Ethan Conner and ILB Jaheim Thomas.
  • Waived C Jim Bonifas and CB Ahmari Harvey.

Minnesota Vikings

  • Signed TE Matt Lauter and DL Jonathan Harris.
  • Waived/injured CB Tyreek Chappell and DL Taki Taimani.

New England Patriots

  • Signed OL Jack Conley and P Matt Haack.
  • Released CB Kenneth Harris and WR Kobe Prentice.

Arizona Cardinals

  • Reinstated LB Josh Sweat from the active/PUP list.
  • Signed S Devyn Bobby and Hudson Clark.
  • Released TE Baylor Cupp and WR Bryson Green.
  • Placed WR Xavier Weaver on injured reserve.
  • Waived/injured RB Trey Benson.

Pittsburgh Steelers

  • Reinstated CB Jalen Ramsey from the active/PUP list.
  • Signed CB Jaylon Guilbeau and RB Alex Tecza.
  • Placed DB Israel Mukuamu on injured reserve.

Houston Texans

  • Signed RB Deuce Vaughn, LB Caleb Johnson and S George Odum.
  • Released WR Juwann Winfree.
  • Waived WR Jha'Quan Jackson and waived/injured LB Marte Mapu.
  • Acquired WR Kayshon Boutte from New England for S Jaylen Reed and a 2028 seventh-round pick.

New York Jets

  • Signed LB Anthony Dunn, RB Dominic Richardson and S Tanner Wall.
  • Waived/injured WR Caullin Lacy, RB Sam Scott and LB Nate Voorhis.

NFC

  • Saints signed K Daniel Carlson.

AFC

  • Bengals released OT Cody Ford.
  • Browns reinstated DT Maliek Collins from the active/PUP list and waived CB Tyron Herring (injured reserve).
  • Titans signed LB Reid Carrico and placed LB Milo Eifler on injured reserve.
  • Raiders released WR Noah Brown.

The Buccaneers also brought in receiver Romello Brinson for a visit as they evaluated their depth at the position.
