The Dallas Cowboys saw four players exit practice early Thursday as the team wound down its stay in Oxnard.
Todd Archer (@toddarcher): TE D.J. Rogers (knee), NT Jay Toia (elbow), edge James Houston and DT Kelvin Gilliam left practice early.
Tight end D.J. Rogers (knee), nose tackle Jay Toia (elbow), edge rusher James Houston and defensive tackle Kelvin Gilliam were the four who left the workout. The cluster of departures came on the same day the Cowboys closed camp with a session that included some red-zone work and a go-ball touchdown from Sam Howell to Jaden Smith. None of the four injuries was immediately characterized as serious.
